USDF

The digital dollar.

One USDF is redeemable for one US dollar from the reserve. Built on code that exists and passed its tests. Not issued.

Where it stands

Built and tested. Never switched on for the public.

  1. The code exists and passed its tests.

The issuance rail that creates, moves, freezes and redeems USDF and keeps the reserve book; the token contracts for Ethereum-type networks with a supply cap and compliance rules; the back office for accounts, approvals, audit and freeze.

  2. The issuing account is live on the Stellar network.

Controls are set: only approved holders can hold USDF, and FTH can freeze or recall. One signer, zero holders, nothing issued.

  3. No USDF has been issued to anyone.

Nothing is issued to the public until FTH's counsel clears the route. Connectors to live networks stay switched off until go-live.

Status as verified on 19 October 2026.

What USDF is

One unit, one meaning.

One unit is
redeemable for one US dollar from the reserve
Backed by
US dollars and Treasury bills held at an institution in FTH's name, attested monthly
Who can hold it
approved institutions and investors only
Created and redeemed by
FTH staff on the console, two approvals per action, every action recorded
Pays the holder
nothing. US law forbids interest to coin holders. The issuer earns on the reserve.
Networks
Stellar first (account exists), Ethereum-type second
Issued to the public
not until counsel clears the route

What is being wired together

One console, one portal, one transparency page.

The work ahead is wiring the finished pieces together behind one issuing console, one investor portal and one public transparency page, and running them end to end on test networks.

Every receipt, approval, attestation and document is fingerprinted onto the program's record chain, built and run together by the partners, and checkpointed once a day to Base, a public network nobody at FTH runs. Read from the live network on 19 October 2026: a block every six seconds, validators in three regions across two cloud providers. Said plainly: all validators are run by the program team today, and an independent operator joins before launch so the record is not ours alone.
